Breakfast — Weekday Add-On, £10

Cooked breakfast is no longer included as standard with weekday bookings, and our room prices have been adjusted accordingly to reflect this. This applys from bookings made after the date of 1/08/26 

A standard breakfast of cereals and toast is available, or for a Full English (sausage, bacon, mushrooms, hash brown, beans, fried egg, toast), it's £10 per person — just let us know on arrival. Extras are charged separately.

For weekend bookings, a cooked breakfast is included as standard.

We had a brilliant few days at the Ocean Guest House Maxine is certainly a character we were well looked after & breakfast was excellent.

From the moment we arrived, Maxine made us feel so welcome. It genuinely felt like walking into an auntie’s house. She created such a fun yet relaxed atmosphere and we felt comfortable straight away.The location is undeniably amazing, but our stay was elevated even more by our fantastic host, Maxine. She was so bubbly, funny, and accommodating, honestly one of the coolest people I’ve ever met. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.I visited with a group of friends, and my room was shared with another young girl. We both felt really safe and at ease throughout the entire trip, which meant a lot.The rooms were beautiful, the cleanliness of the B&B was outstanding, and the mattress and bedding were unbelievably comfortable. Genuinely one of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in a long time.I would absolutely love to return here. We only stayed for one night but by the end of the stay, it truly felt like a home away from home.

A very friendly owner. The rooms are very clean and uniquely decorated. The mattresses are very comfortable. The views from the windows are wonderful, especially of the marina. The location is excellent—just a few steps from the beach.

Group of 8, all had a great experience. Clean and comfortable rooms, very central location right by the beach. Great hosting and good value for money! Would definitely return and recommend

Have a lovely stay. The room was spotless. Lovely thoughtful touches. Maxinne was so friendly, helpful and a wonderful host. So many interesting things to look at. Great Breakfast. What more do you want!
